Afonso Remédios

Afonso Remédios is a seasoned Senior Engineer at Profidata Group since December 2013, specializing in the development of Java and web front office applications for investment fund and portfolio management. In addition to engineering roles, Afonso has been a Professor at ISEL since March 2010, teaching Operating Systems and Information Systems. Previous positions include Software Architect at Coriant GmbH & Co. KG and Nokia Siemens Networks, as well as Senior Consultant at Innovative Profile and IDNT. Afonso also contributed significantly as a Developer at GEDI, focusing on new solution development using Java with Struts-Spring-Hibernate frameworks, and as a Consultant at Altrantec, developing customized web portal portlets.
