Damon Sump CPESC, CISEC

Damon Sump CPESC, CISEC has a diverse and extensive work experience in the landscape and erosion control industry. Starting in 1985, Damon worked at ProGrass Landscape and Design, where they quickly advanced from a sales representative to branch manager and ultimately opened and led a new division. Damon gained a reputation for being a creative problem solver and a key representative for the company. In 1998, they joined HK&T Landscape as the General Manager, taking the company to the next level by focusing on sales, customer development, and maximizing profitability. In 2007, Damon joined Green Thumb Landscape as the Landscape Division Manager, overseeing all commercial and residential landscape construction projects. During their time there, they managed a project portfolio of nearly three million dollars in one fiscal year. Currently, Damon is working at Profile Products as the NW Regional Sales Manager, a role they have held since 2010. Damon is responsible for driving sales and ensuring the success of the West region.

Damon Sump CPESC, CISEC pursued their education starting in 1980 at Eastern Oregon University. Damon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude in 1983. Later, in 1994, Damon enrolled at Marylhurst University and successfully earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 1996. Although the field of study for their MBA is not specified, it can be inferred that their educational background combines both business administration and environmental conservation.
