McKhenzy Welch

McKhenzy Welch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. McKhenzy currently works at Profile Products as a Market Development Manager since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the City of Charlotte as a Land Development - Erosion Control specialist from September 2021 to February 2023. McKhenzy also has experience as an Environmental Scientist at Terracon from March 2015 to September 2021. McKhenzy started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University where they worked in the Sediment and Erosion Control Lab from March 2013 to March 2015. Additionally, they gained early experience as a City Council Intern and Engineering Intern at the City of Charlotte in 2008.

McKhenzy Welch obtained a degree in Environmental Science from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they earned several certifications including the CPESC (Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control) from EnviroCert International, Inc. in October 2018. McKhenzy also obtained Level I and Level II Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Certifications for NCDOT (North Carolina Department of Transportation) Projects from NC State University - Soil Science in June 2014.
