Devraj Kapoor has a diverse work experience in the field of business development and sales. Devraj started their career at Nucleus Software in 2008, where they worked as a Sales and Strategy professional, responsible for forming and regulating corporate strategies, as well as managing sales activities in the Western European region. Devraj joined iCreate Software in 2010 and held the positions of Sales Manager for West Africa and later for Central & Eastern Europe. In 2013, they joined Newgen Software Technologies Limited as the Sales Manager for West Africa and then for the Middle East. Devraj then moved on to Avanza Solutions in 2015 as a Business Development Manager. In 2017, they became the Sales Director at Altis Technology Solutions, where they worked until 2018. Their most recent role was as the Business Development Director for the MEA region at Profile Software, which they started in 2018.

Devraj Kapoor completed their education with a focus on business and management. Devraj attended St. Joseph's Academy from 1992 to 2003, where they studied commerce. Following that, they enrolled in GGDSD College in Chandigarh from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Studies. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Amity University, from 2006 to 2008.
