Ilias Kokkalis

Ilias Kokkalis has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ilias started their career in 2004 as a Spectator Service Coordinator at Athens 2004, where they were responsible for volunteer training and conflict management during the Olympic and Special Olympic Games in Greece. In 2005, they briefly worked as an Assistant Manager at Agency Promotion of Greek Culture S.A.

In 2008, Kokkalis worked as a Call Center Agent at FOCUS FINANCIAL SERVICES, where they located and contacted debtors to ensure the payment of their obligations. The following year, they became an Auditor-Mystery Customer at KTEL C. ATTIKIS S.A., conducting evaluations of passenger service and quality.

From 2009 to 2010, Kokkalis served in the Hellenic Army as a Radar and Firing Control Operator and Communication Operator. Ilias then returned to KTEL C. ATTIKIS S.A. as a Customer Service Supervisor from 2011 to 2016, overseeing business and management consultancy, as well as staff and infrastructure evaluations.

Kokkalis also had entrepreneurial experiences, as they managed their own company, Olatafrontistiria.gr, from 2012 to 2015. Ilias was responsible for sales management, website design and implementation, and content management. From 2007 to 2015, they were also the Manager and Owner of anodos Educational Center, where they served as an Assistant General Manager, Curriculum Coordinator, and managed communication and social media promotion.

Most recently, Kokkalis worked as a Software Engineer at Profile Software starting in 2017.

Ilias Kokkalis received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.Sc.) in Applied Mathematics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon in 2015. In 1999, they completed their high school education at I.M.Panagiotopoulos. In terms of additional certifications, Ilias obtained various certifications in fields such as C# WinForms and SQL Server, JQuery, JavaScript Fundamentals, and WPF with XAML from institutions like Udemy and PEOPLECERT. Ilias also received a scholarship from Udacity in 2017 for their Android Development for Beginners program. Lastly, they have obtained various business-related certifications, including "Grow Greek Tourism Online" from Google and "Creating Fundable Business Plans" from the University of Texas at Austin.
