Ronald Kopischke has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ronald began their career in 1982 at Federal Land Bank, where they held various positions focused on servicing "at risk" and troubled credit accounts. In 1989, they joined Profinium Financial, where they worked in various positions primarily in Ag, Commercial, and consumer lending, as well as marketing. Ronald served as the Chief Sales Officer from 2003 to 2007 before moving on to Profinium, Inc as the Martin County President. In this role, they were responsible for commercial lending, agriculture lending, and other areas, implementing the Extraordinary Banker Program. Since 2019, they have been with Profinium, serving as the Western Business Development Director before becoming the Chief Sales Officer in 2022.
Ronald Kopischke completed the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin from 1995 to 1997, with a focus on Banking. Prior to that, from 1978 to 1982, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business with a Finance Concentration from Southwest Minnesota State University.
