Hady Lattouf

Hady Lattouf has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Hady is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Profit Isle since July 2021. In this role, they lead a global organization focused on data analysis, artificial intelligence, software analytics, and change management. Hady is responsible for architecting the organizational vision, product roadmap, and strategies integrated with customer requirements and talent management processes.

Before joining Profit Isle, Hady worked at Cardinal Health, where they held several positions. As the Manager of Infrastructure Operations, they managed customer support, network and cloud operations, and system enhancements. Hady also established a high-performing Data Engineering Team and facilitated continuous efficiency gains for IoT devices. Hady also served as the Deputy General Manager, overseeing operations for human resources, purchasing, and legal functions. Hady controlled budgets, managed staff, and handled financial audits. In addition, they held the positions of Director of SaaS & Network Security & Operations and Manager of Software Development at Cardinal Health.

Prior to Cardinal Health, Hady worked at Everteam as a Project Leader for software development projects. Hady managed budgets, staff hiring, client communications, and software design.

Hady's work experience also includes a role as a Software Developer at VALOORES, where they researched and deployed applications for merchandising decision-support software.

Early in their career, Hady worked as a Freelance Software Developer under their own consulting company, Hady Lattouf Consulting.

Hady Lattouf completed the MicroMasters Program in Statistics and Data Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2020-2021.
