Silvia Peterson

Silvia Peterson, a 34 year foodservice veteran, is the Director of Consulting at Profitality Labor Guru. She has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University. Before joining Profitality, she held Director positions with several multi-national and global brands including Burger King, Denny’s, El Pollo Loco and Starbucks. In Starbucks she founded the Operations Engineering (Industrial Engineering) function, a group that she led for over 8 years. In addition to her strong operations engineering skills, and high energy and results orientation, Silvia’s strengths include managing organizations through complex integrated projects, having worked for many years inside corporate organizations, providing her the ability to work well with executives, operators and store design groups alike. Silvia is a board member in several volunteer organizations including the Center for Creative Leadership.
