Eugene Strelchenya

Eugene Strelchenya, Ph.D., is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in managing data-driven teams and projects. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Profitero since July 2020, Eugene oversees a product area comprising three teams of big data engineers and data scientists, along with prior experience as an RnD Manager where a vision for a data science algorithmic pipeline was established. Previously, at EPAM Systems from December 2018 to July 2020, Eugene focused on leading product development as a Product Owner, launching an internal product for 40,000 users intended to influence employee behavioral changes. Earlier experience at Dis-Audit as an Economic Analyst involved conducting marketing research, data analysis, and human capital analytics. Eugene holds a Ph.D. in Economics, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Analytical Economics, all obtained from Belarusian State University.
