Mathieu Barnachon

Mathieu Barnachon has a solid work experience in the field of software development and research. Mathieu is currently working as a Software Development Manager at Profoto since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at StyleShoots as a Software Engineer from March 2016 to June 2022. Before that, they were an R&D Engineer at Ncam Technologies Ltd from October 2013 to February 2016. Additionally, Mathieu has also worked at LIRIS, where they held multiple roles including Research Assistant, PhD Student, and Research Engineer, focusing on topics such as real-time action recognition and motion capture for game controllers. Their tenure at LIRIS spanned from September 2008 to September 2013.

Mathieu Barnachon pursued their education at Université Lyon 1. From 2002 to 2008, they completed their Master's degree in Computer Science. Subsequently, they continued their educational journey at the same institution and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science from 2009 to 2013.
