Norm Morikawa

Norm Morikawa is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Global Manager of Quality at Profound Medical Inc., Norm oversees quality for innovative medical devices aimed at treating prostate cancer and fibroids using HIFU technology. Prior to this role, Norm was the Director of Quality Assurance at K2 Medical Systems Ltd., focusing on regulatory compliance for medical device software in multiple regions, and successfully managed an ISO 13485 QMS. Experience also includes positions at Conavi Medical, Communications & Power Industries, and Psion Teklogix, where Norm developed extensive expertise in quality assurance and regulatory processes. Norm holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto.
