Laurens Poelman

Laurens Poelman is a financial analyst for the Refugee Program at Gemeente Rotterdam since September 2023, currently working through Profource, where Laurens has been a consultant since February 2022. Previously, Laurens held various roles in financial management, including creditor specialist positions at Versuni and FedEx, and accounts payable staff at VUmc Ziekenhuis. Laurens's earlier career includes positions at The HEINEKEN Company as a Retail Account Manager and various internships and warehouse roles, including a production assistant at EMTV and logistics worker at IKEA. Laurens holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Media & Entertainment Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences and has completed further studies at Northern Arizona University, as well as obtaining a VWO diploma from Markland College Oudenbosch.
