Jeffrey Qualley

Jeffrey Qualley possesses extensive experience in field service and systems engineering, currently serving as Field Service Lead/Systems Engineer at Progeny Systems Corporation since September 2005. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing a service desk, and authoring weekly reports, alongside leading team meetings and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and software. Proficient in various Microsoft applications and technologies, Jeffrey has successfully implemented software upgrades and managed proprietary software used on over 70 submarines. Prior to Progeny Systems, experience in the U.S. Navy as ET1 included training personnel and managing significant budgets for communication systems. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.
