Wan-Fang Chou has over 8 years of work experience in the fields of research and engineering. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Graduate Researcher at National Tsing Hua University, a Research Assistant at National Taiwan Normal University, and a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Claremont Graduate University. In 2019, they became a Research Associate at Quintara Discovery (QDI), and in 2022, they were promoted to Research Associate III at PrognomiQ Inc. During their time at National Tsing Hua University, they introduced a synthetic strategy of metal-metal multiply bonded complexes to build innovative transition metal-facilitated nitrogen fixation system, investigated structural identification and reaction mechanism of metal-metal multiply bonded complexes, and adhered to GLP and safety protocols. Additionally, they substituted one carbon atom on the backbone of Nacnac ligand for the more electron withdrawing boron atom and compared the difference between the products from different ligands.
Wan-Fang Chou attended National Taiwan Normal University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Wan-Fang then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from National Tsing Hua University from 2014 to 2016. Finally, they earned a Master of Information Systems and Technology in Data Science from Claremont Graduate University from 2017 to 2019.
