David Fox

David Fox is an experienced manufacturing engineer currently serving as a Manufacturing Project Engineer at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, since November 2018. With a robust background in manufacturing engineering, David has also held the position of Manufacturing Engineer-Assembly at Caterpillar (ITC Inc.) Hydraulics since June 2015, where responsibilities include securing assembly tooling and preparing projects for production. Previous experience includes roles such as Shop Project Manager at Novatek Inc., where oversight of customer contracts for custom machined parts occurred, and Manufacturing Engineer II at National Oilwell Varco, during which critical components for oil and gas telemetry systems were developed. David began a career in engineering as an intern at Alberto Culver, contributing to the layout design for a manufacturing facility expansion and optimizing parts inventory. David holds two Bachelor's degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University.
