Carlos Elias has extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions throughout their career. Carlos Elias earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Business from the University of Arizona from 2002 to 2006. Carlos then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, completing their studies from 2006 to 2008.
