Dimiter Kadanoff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 1999 at Hewlett-Packard, they began as an Office and Marketing Assistant before moving up to become a Channel Marketing Manager focused on Bulgaria. Dimiter then joined Fujitsu Technology Solutions as a Partner Manager, responsible for managing distributors and retail chains in several countries.
In 2009, Dimiter joined Microsoft Corporation as a Partner Account Manager, working closely with top partners and developing strong pipelines across segments. Dimiter later became the Director of Corporate Customers and Partners, overseeing Microsoft's business in Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Kosovo. Their responsibilities included managing the channel, strategic corporate accounts, and SMB customers.
Dimiter's next role was as the General Manager at OneBit Software. During their tenure, they focused on the overall management of the company, defining and executing a strategic plan for growth. Dimiter also introduced new partnerships in Australia, the US, the UK, and Western Europe.
In 2016, Dimiter joined Progress as the Global Client Executive for Digital Factory Professional Services. Their responsibilities included managing partnerships with other vendors and establishing a real Professional Services team.
Later, Dimiter took on the role of EMEA Sales Manager for Professional Services at Progress, where they built and defined the offerings and go-to-market strategies for the Sitefinity product. Dimiter also established engagement models with sales teams.
Currently, Dimiter serves as the Director of Business Development for EMEA at Progress. In this role, they established an Inside Sales Team for the EMEA region and drove net new sales for the company's fastest-growing products. Dimiter also managed the team and defined processes, metrics, and engagement models.
Throughout their career, Dimiter has demonstrated a strong focus on business development, partnership management, and sales growth.
Dimiter Kadanoff earned a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering from an undisclosed institution from 1999 to 2003. Dimiter then pursued an MBA at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at the American College of Sofia from 1994 to 1999.
