Swetha Desetty

Swetha Desetty has a strong background in software engineering and development. Swetha is currently working at Progress as the VP of Software Engineering since November 2022. Prior to that, they held roles such as Director of Software Engineering and Senior Manager of Software Engineering at the same company. Before joining Progress, Swetha worked at Ipswitch, Inc., where they served as the Director of Development from April 2017 to June 2019. Swetha also held positions such as Senior Manager of Development and Manager of Software Engineering during their tenure at Ipswitch. Swetha began their career at Rare Medium Atlanta in 2004 as a Software Developer and later worked as a Consultant from 2008 to 2010. Overall, they have demonstrated continuous growth and leadership in the software engineering field throughout their career.

Swetha Desetty holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Andhra University. Swetha also pursued further education, completing a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Georgia State University.
