Jeff Roman, PE, LEED AP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering field. Jeff is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Progressive AE, where they focus on strategic growth, thought leadership, mentoring, and talent acquisition for various engineering services. Jeff also promotes an integrated and collaborative design process to foster trusted partnerships across all disciplines. Prior to their current role, they held senior positions at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, including Partner | Engineering Practice Leader and National Director of Engineering. During their time at Little, they played a key role in expanding the company's structural, mechanical, and electrical studios nationwide. Jeff has also worked as a Principal and Director of Engineering at EnSite, where they provided leadership for engineering services, projects, and staff. Additionally, they served as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Greenprint Lawn and Landscape LLC.
