Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson has extensive experience in employee development and sales within the plastics industry. Currently serving as an Employee Development and Performance Specialist at Progressive Components since October 2007, Michelle develops in-house training content and addresses development gaps for management. Previous roles include Inside Sales Manager, where Michelle demonstrated skills in sales operations and customer service, and Customer Operations Manager, responsible for leading teams in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales initiatives. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Account Manager at Memec and as a Costing Specialist at Circuit Works Corporation. Michelle holds an Associate of Science degree from Elgin Community College and additional education from Western Illinois University.
