Mike Fitzgerald

Mike Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike is currently the Director of Operations at Progressive Components since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Lennox International as an Operations Team Leader from January 2013 to April 2021. Before that, they served as the Director of Lean and Reliability Services at Advanced Technology Services from August 2006 to January 2013. Mike also has experience as the VP of Consumer Products Division at L.R. Nelson, Corporation from 2000 to 2004, a Plant Manager and Engineering Manager at Newell Rubbermaid from 1994 to 2000, and a Senior Project Manager at Cooper Industries Ltd. from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Wheel Horse Lawn and Garden from 1987 to 1992 and at The Toro Company from 1987 to 1991.

Mike Fitzgerald obtained their education from various institutions. From 1983 to 1987, they attended Purdue University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Supervision with an emphasis on Industrial Engineering Technology. Additionally, from 1983 to 1985, they also completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology at Purdue University. Later, in 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Bradley University, specializing in Business with a focus on Leadership.
