Elizabeth Baldacci is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, talent management, and corporate culture development. Currently serving as Project and Program Specialist at Progressive Insurance since February 2017, Elizabeth previously held senior HR positions, including Human Resources Team Lead and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Elizabeth's earlier roles include HR Business Partner at Rockwell Automation and leadership of the Appreciative Inquiry and Communications Team at Fairmount Santrol.
