Harshini Pagadala

Harshini Pagadala is a seasoned software professional with experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer at Progressive Insurance since February 2021, Harshini develops software solutions, addresses user requirements, and contributes to the Digital Communications team. Prior experience includes positions as a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer at GEP Worldwide, where Harshini focused on maintaining and enhancing the e-procurement product, SMART by GEP, and utilized TypeScript and Angular5 for front-end development. Earlier experience includes a Technology Intern role at GEP and a Quality Assurance Intern position at SigmaTEK Systems, where Harshini conducted manual testing for software releases.
