Iryna Demko

Iryna Demko, Ph.D., is an accomplished Lead Data Analyst at Progressive Insurance since May 2022. Demko has effectively quantified the impact of repeat callers on the company's Commercial Lines business, contributing over $20 million in value through statistical modeling and strategic recommendations to reduce call volume. Additionally, analysis of employee data regarding badge usage and the free lunch program was presented to top executives, including Tricia Griffith and Karen Bailo. Demko is also active in employee development by leading a Tableau Learning Group and participating in Progressive's Toastmasters clubs.
