Gracen Kovacik Malandro

Gracen Kovacik Malandro has a diverse work experience. They began their career in 2013 as a Student Assistant at the University of Central Florida Foundation, Inc. In 2013, they also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of South Florida. From 2012 to 2016, Gracen worked as a Seasonal Bartender at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa. In 2016, they joined Progressive Dental LLC as a Continuing Education Coordinator, where they were responsible for maintaining leads and contacts, integrating Infusionsoft into company SOPs, and planning and coordinating CE courses. They then advanced to the role of Director of Marketing at Progressive Dental LLC in 2020, where they oversaw six departments and focused on team development, coaching, and risk management.

Gracen Kovacik Malandro completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of Central Florida from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master of Liberal Arts degree with a focus on Humanities at the University of South Florida from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Gracen obtained certifications in Hootsuite Social Media Marketing from Hootsuite Media Inc. in April 2016, and in HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates from HIPAA Training in September 2020.
