Steven A. Michaels

Steve Michaels was named Chief Executive Officer of PROG Holdings in December 2020 and President of the Company in April 2021 after becoming the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s Progressive Leasing segment in July 2020. Mr. Michaels, who is also a member of PROG Holdings’ Board of Directors, previously served as Chief Financial Officer and President of Strategic Operations, Vice President, Strategic Planning & Business Development, and Vice President, Finance at Aaron’s, Inc. Mr. Michaels received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA from Georgia State University.
