Jose Gonzalez Jr.

Jose Gonzalez Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jose started their career at JL French in 1999, where they worked as a Quality Control Machine Operator, overseeing quality checks, operating various machines, and managing outside sourced inspectors. In 2003, they joined RG2 as a Plant Manager and Quality Manager, responsible for analyzing labor requirements, leading 5s and lean projects, and training new employees. In 2007, Jose moved to Pridgeon and Clay, where they worked as a Team Leader and later as a Business Unit Production Manager. In these roles, they were involved in quoting and launching new products and processes, implementing 5S and continuous improvements, and leading quality initiatives such as PPAPs, FEMAs, and 8Ds. In 2018, they joined Knoll as a Plant Manager, overseeing plant operations and ensuring efficient production processes. From 2020 to 2022, Jose worked at Herman Miller as a Senior Operations Manager, responsible for managing operations and improving performance. Currently, they are working at Progressive Surface, Inc. as an Operations Manager.

Jose Gonzalez Jr. attended Grand Rapids Community College and obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, but the start and end years for this education are not provided.
