Eduard Kim

Customer Service Engineer at PROGRESSTECH-UKRAINE

Eduard Kim has extensive experience in engineering and customer support, primarily in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as a Customer Service Engineer at Progresstech since November 2003, Eduard focuses on Boeing customer support for Environmental Control Systems, addressing various requests from airlines and MROs. In previous roles at Progresstech, Eduard was a Design Engineer responsible for ECS design, engineering production support, and product cost improvements. Eduard also worked as a Design Engineer at VentSystems, overseeing customer negotiations and system installations within ventilation systems. Eduard holds a Specialist degree in Aircraft Design from the Moscow Aviation Institute and a technician-mechanic degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from Tashkent Aviation College.
