Heather Burckhard

Heather Burckhard is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Progrexion since June 2016, Heather oversees payroll administration for multiple companies while implementing a new HRIS system. Prior positions include Payroll Administrator III at ADP, Office Manager at Basin Masonry, and Assistant Property Manager-Human Resources-Payroll at Port Largo Villas Condominiums, where Heather managed payroll processes, employee benefits, and compliance. With a solid foundation in HRIS, payroll systems, and human resources management, Heather's expertise extends to project management, policy development, and staff training. Education includes coursework towards a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Utah and completion of high school at Judge Memorial College Prep.
