Ionela Borsan

Ionela Borsan is an experienced recruitment professional with a demonstrated history in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at PROHUMAN ROMANIA since March 2018, Ionela is responsible for the training and onboarding of recruitment staff, monitoring team performance, and implementing recruitment strategies.
