Jingya Liu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications in the period from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2013.
