Ren Lis

Ren Lis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ren's most recent role is as a People Operations - Project Archer at Store No. 8, where they focus on various aspects of organizational design, employee engagement, communication processes, and recruiting strategy. Prior to this, Ren served as the Director of People Operations at Project Archer. Ren also served as an Advisory Board Member at the Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College Design Thinking Program. Before that, Ren was the People Operations Leader at Cairncross & Hempelmann, the HR Manager at Summit Law Group, and the Employee Success Manager and Training and Development Specialist at Foster Pepper PLLC. Ren's earliest work experience was as the Director of Business Operations at LabKey Software, where they emphasized cultivating a collaborative environment and architecting an efficient infrastructure.

Ren Lis has a Master's studies degree in Design Strategy and Innovation from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (RMCAD), and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from The Evergreen State College. They also hold certifications including Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, Professional Coach from JRNI Coaching - Life Coach Training & Community, and a Strategic HR Leadership Certificate from Cornell University ILR School.
