Shelly Michaels

Shelly Michaels, MS-HRM, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of the People Business Partner Group at Justworks since November 2020, Shelly is also a Board Member for Project FIND and a mentor with New York City SHRM, as well as serving on the Women in Leadership Advisory Board for CERTIFi by Mercy University. Additional mentoring roles include working with Readying Emerging Leaders in Supportive Housing (RELISH). Shelly has a longstanding consultancy practice through Michaels HR Consulting, LLC, and previously held senior HR positions at Urban Resource Institute and leadership roles in consulting capacities. Academically, Shelly holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management & Finance from Brooklyn College.
