R&d ISRU Team Lead at Helios

Eliran Raphael Hamo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2022, they have been working at Helios as a Senior Researcher and Payload Manager. Prior to this, Eliran held various roles at Tel Aviv University starting in 2016. Eliran Raphael served as a University Lecturer from March 2019 and also worked as a Researcher PhD Student from September 2016 to March 2021. In 2020, Eliran joined The Ramon Foundation as a RAKIA Mission and Payload Specialist for the Axiom Mission 1, a position they held until July 2022. Eliran's career began in 2013 at Star defense system where they worked as a Chemical Engineer for a year. Eliran Raphael also gained experience as a Student at ICL FERTILIZERS from November 2012 to April 2013.

Eliran Raphael Hamo has a strong education background, demonstrating a dedication to academic pursuits. In 2010, they attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering. Eliran Raphael successfully completed this program in 2014.

Building on their undergraduate studies, Hamo then enrolled at Tel Aviv University in 2015. Here, they obtained a Master's Degree in Materials Engineering, which they completed in 2016. Following this, they continued their studies at Tel Aviv University and embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Material Science and Engineering, focusing on the direct PhD track. Eliran Raphael worked diligently in this program from 2016 to 2021, completing their PhD studies.

Having cultivated a strong academic foundation in engineering and materials science, Hamo then sought to expand their knowledge and skills in business administration and management. From 2022 to 2024, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specialized in Business Administration and Management with a focus on innovation at Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management.
