James Schifman

Jim Schifman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder of Project Hive Pet Company since July 2019, Jim has played a key role in business development. Previously, Jim founded Kaleidoscope Retail Services in June 2013 and served as President of Compass Marketing/Established Brands from June 2010 to June 2013, following a tenure as VP Sales at Compass Marketing from January 2003 to June 2010. Earlier career stages included founding Spectrum Sales & Marketing and working as a Sales Representative at Colman and Hirschmann, Inc. Jim began a professional career as a Buyer at Service Merchandise and even showcased talent as a Professional Baseball Player with the Salt Lake City Trappers in June 1990. Jim holds a degree from Vanderbilt University, class of 1990.
