Jennifer James

Jennifer James is an accomplished medical content creator and lecturer currently serving as an Ambassador at Project IMG since October 2021, where contributions include developing video lectures for the USMLE Step 1 series and mini lecture posts in various medical specialties. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Customer Service Representative at Public Partnerships | PPL from April 2021 to September 2023, and accumulated experience at NYC Health + Hospitals from March 2017 to January 2022 as a Patient Care Associate in both behavioral health and emergency room settings. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Washington University of Health and Science, a Master of Science in Health Care Administration with a focus on Health Informatics from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Informatics from City Tech, CUNY.
