Dan Hoover has been the CEO of Project Mutual Telephone since 2012. Prior to that, they were the Engineering Manager at Frontier Communications from 1991 to 2012. Dan has been in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years.

Dan Hoover's educational career includes attending Great Basin College in Elko and Modesto Junior College.
