Ruby Siddle, CWDP, is an experienced program manager currently overseeing the Participant Experience Team at Project QUEST, Inc. since April 2012. With a strong focus on team training and data management, Ruby has successfully coordinated training to enhance team skills and technology proficiency while ensuring data accuracy and standardized documentation. Prior roles include Service Management Lead, Project Lead for an IT Grant, and Career Advisor, where Ruby managed numerous participants in career training programs, particularly in Information Technology. Ruby’s career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Mary's University and includes various positions within non-profit organizations aimed at community development and leadership training.
