Jay Philips is a highly experienced leader and strategic thinker with a strong focus on business intelligence and software quality. Currently serving as Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, and CEO at Project Realms, Inc. since January 2009, Jay has successfully managed numerous projects across regulated financial and healthcare sectors. Prior to this, leadership roles included CEO and President at TeamQualityPro, Inc., where innovative BigData solutions were developed for various clients. Jay's earlier experience encompasses positions such as Senior Quality Assurance Consultant at PAGE, Inc., and Performance Engineer Test Lead at U.S. Bank, demonstrating a consistent commitment to quality assurance processes and project management. Jay holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Microcomputer Support/Network Administration from Northwest Technical College, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
