Conrad Pinnock

Conrad Pinnock is the Chief People Officer at Project Renewal. Conrad previously served as the Senior Managing Director of Velocity Career Start at Harlem Children's Zone, where they led the design and implementation of an innovative career- and work-readiness pilot initiative of 50 students. Pinnock has also served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Millennium Promise, where they were responsible for hiring top talent, formulating employee policies, and serving as Secretary of Board.

Conrad Pinnock received a Master of Arts in Public and Non Profit Management from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Conrad also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from The King's College.

They work with Kiltie Bedford - Director, Geffner House, Roshaun Kraft - Director, Leona Blanche House, and Paul Woody - VP, Real Estate. Conrad Pinnock reports to Eric Rosenbaum, President & CEO.
