Lisa Tatton

Lisa Tatton currently serves as a Job Coach at Project SEARCH - Uniting Care since February 2023. Previously, Lisa held the position of Diversity Recruitment Consultant at IPA from February 2022 to December 2022 and worked as a DES Marketing Consultant for SANDBAG Inc. from November 2020 to January 2022. Additionally, Lisa was a Disability Support Trainer at The Compass Institute from February 2019 to November 2020, focusing on creating and facilitating social enterprises for young people with disabilities. From January 2015 to January 2019, Lisa owned and operated Urban Pantry Cafe and the Urban Hippie Food Truck. Lisa also has experience as an EALD and SEP Teacher Aide at Boondall State School from January 2018 to December 2018, working with children from diverse backgrounds and special needs. Educational qualifications include a Certificate 3 in Education Support from TAFE Queensland and a Certificate 4 in Disabilities from Traxion Training, alongside studies at Murdoch University.
