TJ Yen serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Project SEED, where leadership focuses on connecting IP owners with game developers, overseeing business development and strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Venture Partner at VU Venture Partners, Vice President at Catheon Gaming, and business development at DLA Piper, managing client accounts and growth strategies in the Asia region. Previous tenures at BlackRock and PwC involved institutional marketing and communications, enhancing client relationships and driving sector growth. TJ Yen holds a Master's in Public Communications and a Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney.
