Binny Mathews

Binny Mathews has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Binny is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of ProjectPro, where their focus is on empowering developers with troubleshooting and learning resources. Binny has been with ProjectPro since February 2020.

Prior to this, Binny served as an Advisor for KNOW App from May 2018 onwards. KNOW App is a mobile application that provides learning resources to users.

From June 2012 to August 2019, Binny was the Co-Founder of DeZyre, an online platform that offers job-skills training through hands-on projects. During their tenure, they taught initial courses and played an instrumental role in acquiring the first 500 customers.

In 2008, Binny co-founded Dial4Price, an undisclosed business venture that they were a part of until December 2011.

Binny also has experience working at established companies. Binny was a Sales and Business Development Manager at QuinStreet from June 2007 to February 2008.

Before that, Binny was a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse, where they focused on mergers, acquisitions, and financing for technology, media, and telecom companies. During their time at Credit Suisse, they played a role in several significant financial transactions.

Apart from their corporate roles, Binny has also been actively involved in the education and non-profit sectors. Binny worked as a part-time school teacher at the Young Business Leaders Initiative from November 2004 to April 2006, and as a New Member Recruiter & Fundraiser for Asha for Education from October 2002 to March 2004.

Binny Mathews also gained valuable internship experiences at Credit Suisse and Pentamedia Graphics Limited in 2003 and 2001, respectively.

Binny Mathews has a diverse education history. They were part of the EdTech Founder program as a member of ImagineK12 at Y Combinator. Binny also pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to that, they completed a B.Tech in Information Technology at SRM University. Binny's secondary education took place at Shrine Vailankanni Senior Secondary School. They later returned to Washington University in St. Louis to complete a second Master's degree, this time in Computer Science.
