Ayman Ghanam has held various positions throughout their career. Ayman started in 2010 as a Regional Account Manager at Euromonitor International, managing over 20 clients and handling their subscription data and account plans. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Regional Consultant, where they sold strategic planning tools and custom research solutions to new clients in the Middle East and North Africa.

Since April 2017, Ghanam has been the Founder & CEO of Projeto Acai, a successful chain of Acai and poke bowl restaurants that aim to share the taste and nutritional benefits of Acai while supporting local communities in Brazil.
