Barbara L. Schultz

Barbara L. Schultz is an experienced Leadership and Executive Coach with a focus on developing executives to facilitate organizational change. Since January 2016, Barbara has been with InsightOut Coach, leveraging inner vision and presence to achieve remarkable results. Barbara also serves as an affiliate at ProKo Consulting LLC since May 2011, collaborating with independent consultants and coaches. Prior roles include Principal at The Communication Factor, where Barbara specialized in strategic change and organizational communications until December 2015, and various consulting positions at PG&E through Verve Global Services and The Mosaic Company, where Barbara led significant change initiatives. Barbara's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Leadership Development from The Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communication from the University of California, Berkeley.
