Francisco Casso has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and selection, labor relations, retention strategies, and staff event organization. Francisco began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Corning Optical Communications in 2011 and later worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Manpower. In 2014, they worked as a Recruiter at 7-Eleven and as a Labor Relations Specialist at Springs Window Fashions, where they advised management on contracts and worker grievances. Francisco then joined Agentia Corporativa as a Human Resources Generalist and later transitioned to a role as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist at PROLAMSA in 2015. From 2016 to 2021, Francisco served as the Head of Human Resources (PROLAMSA Group) at PROSANKIN, where they were responsible for the administration of the Operations staff. Currently, they are working as the Head of Human Resources at PROLAMSA, focusing on recruitment, labor relations, and retention strategies.
Francisco Casso completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad Tecmilenio between the years 2008 and 2011. In 2017, they also obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Monterrey.
