Rick Martin

Rick Martin is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in treasury, investor relations, and capital markets. As the Investor and Chief Financial Advisor at Prolaz POS d.o.o. since January 2016, Rick has demonstrated expertise in financial strategy. Prior roles include Group Treasurer at GasLog Ltd., where Rick managed over $8 billion in capital markets offerings, and Group Director of Treasury & Investor Relations at Virgin Media, contributing to significant financing deals during a critical merger and acquisition period. Rick's career began at BP, where a 17-year tenure culminated in the role of Regional CFO for Africa, overseeing substantial operational budgets and investments. Rick holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from The College of Wooster.
