Aaron Cunningham

Aaron Cunningham is a Technical Recruiter at Proliance Consulting. Aaron was previously an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise from August 2017 to April 2021. There, they were responsible for creating a sales culture and operational solutions to minimize expenses and surpass monthly organization profitability expectations. Aaron also collaborated with employees to improve, enhance, refine and hone existing skills while developing newer ones, in support of the organization’s mission and goals. In addition, they strengthened relations with current clientele while acquiring new business partners to expand the numbers of vehicles in fleet. Aaron conducted daily meetings and one on one trainings to define personal and branch expectations.

Before Enterprise, Aaron was a Freight Forwarder at GC ATLANTIC INC. from February 2017 to August 2017. There, they arranged for transport of freight using a variety of modes (rail, air, and roadway) while preparing invoices and cost quotations. Aaron negotiated shipping rates with freight carriers while recommending shipping solutions to minimize cost and environmental impact. Aaron also informed clients of factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers, and regulations affecting client shipments.

Aaron Cunningham studied logistics, materials, and supply chain management at The University of Kansas as an undergraduate. Aaron also attended Webster Groves High School.
