Karen Miller

Karen Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. Karen started their career at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2001 to 2005. Karen then worked at DaVita Kidney Care as a Consultant from 2006 to 2007, followed by a role as Manager of Financial Analysis at Molina Healthcare in 2007. Karen joined Swedish Medical Center in 2008, where they held positions including Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Operations Manager, and Finance Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Pricing until 2017. Since then, they have been with Proliance Surgeons, starting as the Director of Financial Analytics from 2017 to 2018, then becoming the Director of Payor Contracting and Analytics from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Karen holds the position of Senior Director of Analytics at Proliance Surgeons, a role they assumed in October 2020.

Karen Miller completed their Bachelor's degree in Math and Economics from the University of Rochester between 1996 and 2001. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
