April Elizabeth Lynne, MHA, CMPE has extensive work experience in healthcare administration. April Elizabeth served as the Chief Operating Officer at Proliance Surgeons, where they were responsible for overseeing operations. In 2019, they joined Proliance Surgeons as the Vice President of Clinic Operations and later became the Regional Executive Director. Prior to their time at Proliance Surgeons, they worked as the Executive Director at Puget Sound Orthopaedics for over two decades. April began their career at Good Samaritan Community Healthcare as an Administrator.

April Elizabeth Lynne, MHA, CMPE completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Saint Martin's University between 1996 and 1998. Following that, they pursued their Master of Health Administration degree in Health Admin from Chapman University, which they completed between 2005 and 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, April also holds the certification of Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) obtained from the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) in January 2003.
